Payout Turnus for Bonuses

• Weekly. Payment is always made on Mondays*.
• Monthly. Payout always occurs on Mondays* after a full weekly pay period has been bonused. Please note that the monthly payment is no longer bound to the 15th of each month.
• Quarterly. Payout always occurs on Mondays*, along with the monthly billing.

The 25% portion of the Device Direct Bonus is paid weekly, the Leader pool is paid quarterly, and all other Bonuses are paid monthly.

Please note:
To take into account the right of return, all Bonuses will take place with a delay of three weeks from 07/07/2021**.

Why are Not All Functionalities Available Yet?

Networking is demanding and the complexity of all innovations in the Backoffice is very high. This is the reason why we decided to start with fewer functionalities in the Backoffice. This is the only way we can ensure that everything runs smooth and stable. 

Why don’t My Volumes Move? 

At the moment you might be wondering why your volumes are not moving. That was because we added a new sync tool. This is now working, and the first Bonus run in the new Backoffice for the Device Direct Bonus is on August 02. We assure you that your Bonuses will be calculated correctly. 

Here is What Will Happen in the Next Months
We will gradually add more features and reporting capabilities to your new personal dashboard. Soon you will have a Backoffice that is far above the industry standard. Below you can see an overview of the next steps.
